In my work, I try to abstractly decompose and redesign observed fragments of machines and everyday objects. I mainly use 3D modeling techniques and then transfer the created graphics to large-format prints. This particular work is part of a larger series that is devoted to my reflections on armor and shells. I reflect on their various forms, functions and symbolism. The armors and shields I interpret in my works can have both a literal meaning - as physical protections - and a more metaphorical meaning, referring to emotional or psychological protection. Through these works, I try to explore how diverse the ways of protection can be and how they affect our perception of reality and interactions with the environment. (print cordura, 200x155 cm)
